How long you have been in business?
Our Journey in this business started in March 2010 starting with sole proprietorship and since then we have emerged as a company with over 15 employees.

And how many kids do you have?
I am blessed with two beautiful kids – Muskaan (nearly 5) who will be graduating from her Kinder this year. My second child, Krish, who just turned 3 years old this year constantly keep me on my toes while attending a local educational care centre, thrice a week.

What are the high and Lows of running your own business?
I would say that running your own business gives a person financial stability and independence, while giving enough flexibility to give quality time to your family. In other words you are your own boss at the end of the day.
As there are two sides of the same coin there are also sometimes period when things does not work your way. Having a nuclear family I often find myself juggling between personal and professional life.
I would say that running your own business is like a mirror image of your own self in the sense that it is driven not so much by the pressures of the job, but, rather, to a large extent by the passions, ambitions, zeal, drive, moods and emotions of the person responsible for running the business. The mother caring for her kids is also taking care of the business, and the human link is more visible in your own business, than, maybe, in a job.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to other mums who run businesses and are struggling finding motivation and confidence?
Being a Mum and running a business is like having two full-time jobs. Staying motivated is a necessity, and not a choice, and as such, quite a challenge to reckon with. My determination and energy is constantly assaulted by negative thoughts and anxiety about the future. What I suggest to other mums is to focus on everything positive in their life, while setting aside some time for yourself. And also, according to me, most important is “health is wealth” so it’s okay to say ‘no’ sometimes.
In the end I would sum up with a beautiful quote by Eleanor Roosevelt, former First Lady of the United States (1884-1962)
“Have regular hours for work and play; make each day both useful and pleasant, and prove that you understand the worth of time by employing it well. Then youth will be delightful, old age will bring few regrets, and life will become a beautiful success”.

And any other information about yourself to share with your customers to help connect with you.
I am an HONEST, RELIABLE and organised PERSON with a positive attitude toward life and who believe in living life to the fullest. I priorities my work while maintaining a healthy work life balance.
