I am a qualified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and diet and nutrition coach. This business was launched this year to teach people how to achieve their health and fitness goals the safe and maintainable way. I was sick and tired of seeing so many different diet’s and 8-12 week challenges being promoted out in the market with unhealthy meal plans that are very low in calories and promoting impossible weight loss promises. These programs are dangerous, confusing, in-personable and long term definitely not sustainable.
So I set up my business to teach clients how to eat correctly by not eliminating any food groups, eat healthy calories and how to achieve their health and fitness goals whilst eating all food groups! Yes my clients eat cake, ice cream, bread, pasta and still lose body fat and increase muscle mass. The outcome is they are able to maintain what I teach them and have a long term sustainable lifestyle. No more FAD diets, no more binge eating, no more eliminating foods and definitely no food cravings. I teach my clients to enjoy life (yes they can go out for dinner and even have a wine), eat everything in moderation..And they do this all while achieving their goals!
