The Traction Factory

We provide end to end solutions for the automation and systemization of your business operation. Typically we work with businesses with 5 to 50 employees who want to grow.

Our aim is to get you more sales enquiries through tried and tested marketing actions and the automation of many of these marketing actions. We work with our clients to understand their needs and what will work in their particular situation.

We help brands grow through consistency of marketing and we develop strategies that really work. Whether you need a new or revamped website, social media set and management or leaflet distribution we can help. If you need photographs doing or a database system installing to track your calls and enquiries we can set that up too. Automation of emails and getting your systems talking to each other is our area of speciality.

The last networking event organised by WBS was fantastic. Convenient kids friendly location, diverse audience (different backgrounds, experience, industry, type of business etc.) and very inclusive. It was a great opportunity to meet other local women in business. Particularly for me was great to hear what other mums are doing and also their stories of success. My biggest learnings from the event were: paying to get a Business Coach is completely worth it, manage your business as if it was someone else’s, #LiveLocal #WorkLocal #LoveLocal Many thanks to the organizer and host. Attended my first event yesterday. Very enthusiastic group of ladies from diverse businesses. I was pleased that there were quite a number of businesses represented that are good referral partners for mine (I'm in insurance, which is a good fit for real estate agents, accountants & mortgage brokers, all of whom I met there). Attended my first meeting last week, and I am hooked. Relaxed, welcoming with both a business and personal focus. The meeting program was fantastic, and flowed really well. The speakers with engaging and interesting, it was great to take so many tips away. There was no sell, sell, sell, only Support, Support and more support! Feeling clever that I decided on a membership, looking forward to all the great connections to come.
